Bentota

Knowledgeable staff explain each plant’s culinary, medicinal, and cosmetic uses. Short herbal massages are often offered using natural oils.

A small shop sells fresh spices, oils, and Ayurvedic products. While some may find it a little commercial, it remains a fascinating insight into the island’s rich botanical heritage and traditional healing practices.
